How Did MobiLab Support LANXESS?
MobiLab put together a team of cloud governance specialists an approached the tasks by understanding the target audience as well as LANXESS’s current processes and know-how to achieve a governance/organization fit.
A key challenge was that the main stakeholders were split across multiple departments and had diverging processes and tools in place which needed to be taken into consideration when defining policies and designing their implementation. MobiLab had the goal in mind to:
➞ to help and enable the stakeholders, not to limit or control them by a Cloud Governance Framework;
➞ understand their needs, know-how, and existing processes that would be central to developing a governance model;
➞ present all governance work in an agile work methodology to gather feedback before reaching a final state.
Within 3 months of work, MobiLab delivered successfully (on time and within budget) the complete Cloud Governance Framework in a state that was ready for implementation by the customer.
