Speed up Supplier's Price Changes
As the form of manual data transmission from system to system is error-prone and time-consuming the key of this solution is to make the whole procedure digital and realize a data inbound component supporting a Human-to-Machine (H2M) communication for the master data exchange.
Especially smaller suppliers (Mom & Pop Suppliers) do not possess a highly sophisticated system which can directly talk with the master data management of their retailer (for example bigger suppliers can talk over an M2M API provide the data in the required format). In order to help the Mom and Pop suppliers, a dashboard system was developed which helps the category manager to implement price changes more efficiently.
